Great! This works perfectly, except that when hovering, the opacity makes it hard to read the words. Is there a way to add a dropshadow or stroke to the letters to make them continue to stand out? I adjusted the opacity to .6/60 and it still makes the font a bit washed out. Thanks so much!
You can change the font color from white to black…. color: #000;
Great post Sridhar! I used this effect on project and it really made it pop!
Could this code and styling work for the home-featured widgets in minimum pro?
Got it! Thanks again!
This was a really helpful tutorial, Sridhar. It was for a client (who’s from India, coincidentally), who happens to be a psychiatrist here in Michigan, USA.
Thanks!
