In this article I cover the basics of displaying latest posts using the Genesis Featured Posts widget above the content of static front page when using Dynamik Website Builder for Genesis (a child theme for Genesis) or Genesis Extender (a plugin that works with any Genesis child theme).
What we are aiming for (screenshot of site's homepage):
Scenario: A static Page is set to appear on the site's Front page at Settings > Reading.
Step 1
Go to Genesis > Dynamik Custom > Conditionals
What would be the best way of making this responsive? Using the above example, the image floated left on larger screen sizes, and not floated, that is, displayed above the content, on smaller screen sizes.
