I would put this in a private password-protected area, like the admin area of a website, so spammers can’t spam others in your name.
This would be useful so that admins who work with multiple sites don’t have to have all the domains they administer in their emails-to-send-from list in their email program. Just log in and send a message from the webmaster, or events manager etc.
