If you are currently using one of the newer (5.0+) iThemes Builder themes as a parent theme, say Avail 5.0.1 and you try to update it to the current latest version Avail 5.0.2 using the Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades plugin, then it will probably fail with the following sample warnings and errors (at least it did the two times I did it).
The solution for now is to use cPanel file manager to upload the latest theme’s zip file to wp-content/themes directory and extract it. Of course a FTP client can be used for this as well but it would be slower.
As always before doing any such upgrades, using BackupBuddy to take a full backup is highly recommended.
