This is the equivalent of Post Categories Shortcode in Genesis with Support for Category Slug Classes but for tags instead of for categories.
The idea is to create a custom shortcode for displaying post tags in which each tag link has the corresponding tag slug as a CSS class in the markup of the HTML output. This will help in uniquely and consistently styling the tag links.
