I am grateful for the chance to add a horizontal opt-in form, given that I don’t have much experience with coding.
I am having trouble making the the Horizontal Opt-in Form using eNews Extended Plugin look right, with two problems: (1) the boxes for the opt-in are not horizontal on the computer, but fine on iPad and phone, and (2) there is a blank white section above the form that should be removed.
What should I do to correct this? I have double-checked that I have followed the instructions correctly.

The Form is now horizontal on the computer, so item (1) is corrected, with no white space above the Form.
Regarding item (2), there is still a blank white section above the Horizontal Opt-In Form on the iPad and phone view.

Regarding # 2, the problem is not related to the implementation of this tutorial. It is because of the way that child theme has been coded. Anyway adding this code in style.css should fix it: http://pastebin.com/raw/AxP8jGwG

I wish I could understand a little better the coding for the theme, and would have had a hard time figuring this out.
