In this article I share how Featured images (if present) linking to corresponding single pages can be displayed above Posts on listing pages in Genesis.
Thanks to Luke for the idea that Backstretch's source can be pulled from data attribute on the webpage.
The purpose of this tutorial is only to show how Backstretch can be applied to multiple elements on a given page. I am personally not a fan of using background images to solve design problems like this where a specific height or minimum height is to be manually set. A proportionately resizing HTML img element is naturally responsive out of the box and outputting linked inline images is the way to go in my opinion.
