How to add ‘Subscribe to this Category’ RSS button below headline and description on category archives in Genesis

In Genesis Slack chat a user asked,

I have scoured WordPress.org looking for this and I cannot find it. I remember a lonnnnng time ago seeing this maybe on an old SP forum. Does anyone know how to add the RSS feed icon to the bottom of categories so people can subscribe just to that one category?

Is it possible for it to go inside the Title Box? Where the Title and Description is at.

We can rewrite genesis_do_taxonomy_title_description() defined inside genesis/lib/structure/archive.php and display the Subscribe to RSS button below the archive description for category archives.
