This is so great! Is it possible to do something like this for portfolio items when you follow your tutorial of having a filterable portfolio using types?
In my tutorial on Filterable Portfolio in Genesis, we deal with a custom Page template or CPT archive php file, but NOT the single CPT entry pages. Isn’t it? You should be able to use Bill Erickson’s plugin mentioned at the bottom of my above blog post to achieve same taxonomy previous and next post navigation.
Instead of limiting the next and previous posts to the same category, I want to show the next and previous posts by published date for ALL posts on my site.
I found the plugin works but it displayed things backward. I knew enough code to fix it but the previous should be on the left and the next should be on the right. But perhaps not everyone is a left to right reader.
