I have a situation where I would like to change the amount of paginated posts displayed on the first page that is different than the amount that I set in Genesis settings.
Thanks to the excellent article titled Customizing the WordPress Query by Bill Erickson, we can add the following in child theme's functions.php to set the number of Posts that appear on the first page of Posts page (Blog Home):
