Awsum tutorial bro .. Thanks alot
Great Tutorial. Thanks
Hi Sridhar,
I’ve been trying to implement this on my site (I previously had the search/social in my navigation menu), but I’m having trouble working out the CSS. The search bar is floating in the middle (between the height of the social icons and the navigation menu) and the formatting gets even weirder at the mobile level. Also, the increase in the header height seems to be blocking some of my other content (e.g. at the top of my archive page here: http://www.seventh-row.com/page/2/)
Can you assist?
Thanks so much!
I see that both Simple Social Icons and Search are placed inside the Header Middle widget area. You need to place one of them inside
Header Right
widget area.Hi Sridhar! Thanks for the tutorial.
Just a question: How can I arrange it to show in the middle area a menu that loks the same way as it does when we place one in the header right widget area? I mean inline an not a link under the other.
Thanks in advance!

Hi,
I’m also having the same issue the last comment-or had in regards to adding nav in the middle column.
The menu isn’t getting wrapped with the nav class that the right widget get’s added with.
I’m trying to arrage the header, header logo, nave menu, and then a button to the far right.
Any ideas?
thanks, chris
