I built a niche site on personal dental care in the past. Got a chance to clean it up yesterday.

After searching for a low cost ready made blog/website, this is exactly what I was looking for, and it is going to make me some good money for years to come.

How? Well just this week, I had a dental appointment. Afterwards, I asked the desntist if he had a website. He said No, but wish he did have one, but they were too expensive to have someone to build for him.

I told him I could build one for him, host. maintain it, write content, get it ranked, and drive traffic and visitors… all for no cost out of pocket. He was blown away and asked what the catch was. I told him that in exchange for doing all of this, I get paid on a comission basis for every patient he gets as a result of the site and my efforts. He agreed. I also got him to agree that I could feature appropiate products and offers on the site(which I get all the profits from).

So now I am in business, and will expand this to include all oral care professionals.
